Application of the VENTS TT 125 inline fan

The VENTS TT 125 models are an excellent example of fitting, which combines great technical capabilities and very high parameters of axial and centrifugal fans. This mechanism is used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems requiring high pressure, strong air flow and minimal noise field. These models are suitable for swivel systems with a diameter of 125 mm. These fan models are perfect for mounting in exhaust systems of rooms where the moisture level is much higher than the norm (sanitary ware, kitchen rooms). Also, these devices will perfectly cope with the ventilation of space in residential apartments, country cottages, restaurants or grocery stores.

VENTS TT 125 fan design

Fans of the specified models are assembled only from the best parts. The body of the device is made of high quality and heavy-duty ABS plastic material. In order for the air to smoothly enter the fan, the inlet pipe of the device is provided with a collector. The shape of the impeller and especially profiled blades allow the VENTS TT 125 fan to increase the annular air flow velocity. This feature of the fan mechanism allows you to increase pressure and increase productivity. Thanks to the diffuser and the specially designed impeller, the airflow at the outlet of the fan housing is distributed in such a way that it is possible to achieve a combination of two important factors - high machine production and pressure increase with low noise level.

There are several ways to control the regulation of a two-speed motor. The first - regulation is carried out using a built-in switch (option B). The second way is control using an external switch P2-1-300 or P2-5.0, which is used on multi-speed fans and is purchased separately. You can also adjust the speed of revolutions thanks to the built-in regulator (option P) of an external triac or autotransformer switch, which is purchased separately. To get started, you need to connect the parts to the terminals that regulate the maximum speed of the fan motor.

VENTS TT 125 models can be installed anywhere in the system - at the beginning, in the middle and at the front. Also, fans of this series can be mounted at any angle of the fan axis. It is also worth noting that several devices can be installed in one winding system: fans are installed in parallel (moving air flow), fans are mounted in series (this increases the working pressure). The unit can be wall-mounted thanks to the fan housing, which is equipped with a flat mounting plate. In order to make it easier for the owners of these fans to mount the unit, the mounting boxes can be installed in any position.

The principle of operation of a fan with an electronic temperature and speed module

To adjust the minimum speed of rotation of the blades (air flow) you need, you should adjust the speed of rotation of the impeller using the knob. If the air temperature in the rooms rises and at any moment can exceed the permissible norm, the task is in the thermostat, the fan automation turns on the device's engine to the maximum and we begin to increase the speed by rotating the blades. After the temperature begins to return to normal, the automatic system will slow down and return to tasks in an hour. In order to exclude frequent changes in the speed of the fan motor, the designers introduced delays in switching modes.
