Hemp seeds:

To date, Ukrainian Legislation allows you to purchase, sell and store hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are not included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors that are in illegal circulation on the territory of Ukraine.

Note that the cultivation of cannabis on the territory of Ukraine without licenses is prohibited and entails both administrative and criminal liability.

CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Article 310

1. Illegal sowing or illegally planting sleeping pills in the amount of one hundred to five hundred roslin and cannabis in the amount of ten to five hundred roslin - is punishable by a fine of one hundred to five hundred non-subscribing minimum incomes, or arrest for lines up to six months, but the exchange of wills on lines up to three years.
2. The existing " Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs " (as amended on March 25, 1972) defines:

Article 1:

b) "Cannabis" means the tops of the cannabis plant with flowers or fruits (excluding seeds and leaves if not accompanied by tops) from which the resin has not been extracted, by whatever name they may be designated.
c) "Cannabis plant" means any plant of the genus Cannabis.
d) "Cannabis resin" means the separated resin, crude or purified, obtained from the cannabis plant.

It follows from this that hemp seeds are not a narcotic drug or a precursor of narcotic drugs, and are not included in the list of narcotic substances, therefore they are free to circulate in many countries. They can be bought, sold, exchanged, etc. And yet we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the legislation of your country regulating the "trafficking of narcotic substances".
