Application of inline fan Vents TT 150

VENTS TT 150 models are an excellent example of a device that combines extensive technical capabilities and very high parameters of axial and centrifugal fans. This mechanism is used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems that require high pressure, strong air flow and minimal noise field. These models are suitable for air duct systems with a diameter of 150 mm. These models of fans are perfect for installation in exhaust systems of rooms where the moisture level is much higher than the norm (sanitary ware, kitchen rooms). Also, these devices will perfectly cope with the ventilation of space in residential apartments, country cottages, restaurants or grocery stores.
Design of VENTS TT150 fan

The fans of these models are assembled only from the best parts. The case of the device was made of high quality and heavy-duty material: ABS plastic. The central block with motors is a removable part. It is fastened with an impeller and a terminal box to the nozzles by means of special clamps on latches. Such a system greatly simplifies the maintenance of the device and makes this procedure as simple as possible.

In order to clean the fan or check its technical capabilities, now you do not need to disassemble the appliance completely. It is enough to remove the central unit and carry out all the necessary procedures. Absolutely all models of fans of the VENTS TT 150 series can be equipped with regulated timers. The turn-off delay range for these timers is from 2 to 30 minutes. VENTS TT150 fans are equipped with single-phase two-speed motors of the highest quality, which significantly reduce energy consumption, thereby allowing significant savings on this. Thermal fuses are installed on each instrument to avoid overloading. Thanks to rolling bearings, the service life of these fans is about 40,000 operating hours. IP X4 – protection class of the device motor.
Speed control for VENTS TT 150 fans

There are several ways to control the regulation of a two-speed motor. The first adjustment is carried out by means of a built-in toggle switch (option B). The second way is control using an external switch P2-1-300 or P2-5.0, which is used on multi-speed fans and is purchased separately. Also, you can adjust the speed of rotation thanks to the built-in regulator (option P) of an external triac or autotransformer switch, which is purchased separately. To get started, you need to connect the parts to the terminal that regulates the maximum speed of the fan motor.
Installation of a duct fan VENTS TT 150

VENTS TT 150 models can be installed anywhere in the air duct system at the beginning, middle and end. Also, fans of this series can be mounted at any angle of the fan axis. It is also worth noting that several devices can be installed in one air duct system:
Fans installed in parallel (increased air flow);
The fans are mounted in series (this increases the operating pressure).
The unit can be wall-mounted thanks to the fan housing, which is equipped with a flat mounting plate. In order to make it easier for the owners of these fans to mount the device, the mounting box can be installed in any position.
The principle of operation of a fan with an electronic temperature and speed module

In order to set the desired temperature (thermostat threshold), just turn the knob to the desired level. To adjust the minimum speed of rotation of the blades (air flow) you need, you must adjust the speed of rotation of the impeller using the rotation knob. If the air temperature in the room rises and at any time can exceed the allowable rate set in the thermostat, the fan automation turns on the device's engine to the maximum and begins to increase the speed of rotation of the blades. After the temperature starts to return to normal, the automatic system will slow down and eventually return to the parameters set at the beginning. In order to exclude frequent speed changes by the fan motor, the designers introduced delays in switching modes.
The delay can only occur in a few cases:
Delay configured for the temperature sensor (option "U"). If the temperature sensor detects an increase in thermal performance by 2 degrees or more, an automatic system is activated, which increases the rotation speed to the maximum. Return to the original speed parameters will occur only after the temperature in the room is lowered to the level set in the thermostat. This function is generally used to fine-tune the room temperature. Normally, during this mode of operation, fan switching occurs very infrequently.
Delay set to the timer (option "U1"). If the temperature sensor has detected an increase in thermal performance in the room, a mechanism is triggered that increases the speed to the maximum and activates the delay timer for 5 minutes. The return to the original speed parameters will occur only if the temperature returns to the originally set parameters and only after the delay timer has run out for the required time. This function is used to more accurately adjust the thermal performance of the room. At the same time, using this function, the fan will switch much more often than with the delay of the temperature sensor, but the interval of these delays will be at least 5 minutes.
