Mushroom spores Psilocybe Cubensis - Orissa
Family: Strophariaceae Genus: Psilocybe Species: Cubensis Strain: Orissa
Description
Cubensis Orissa is considered a legend that came from India. The mushroom naturally grows on paths considered to be the elephant path. Orissa grows on elephant cakes. The fruit bodies of the strain are large, they have an elongated stem and a large cap. Is the largest of all Cubensis.
The famous ethnomycologist John Allen, who specialized in the search for rare mushrooms, brought this strain to Europe from its natural habitat.
Orissa has excellent immunity and is characterized by an exceptional feature, which consists in resisting most bacteria. The culture is not quickly colonized, but it steadily tolerates infections.
It is also distinguished by the “problem 1st wave”. The mushroom picker forms many bodies and "abortions" - mushrooms that die at an early stage.
Appearance
Depending on the growing conditions, this strain forms 8-18 cm caps. Attractive caramel umbels that fully wrap up at the end of the cycle to unclog pores. Thickened and large legs, as a rule, pearl color with a slight silver tint. By the end of growth, they become shaggy. Growers-beginners are afraid of such phenomena, they confuse the "fluff" on the trunk with mold.
Origin
The magical strain was given to us by the fertile soils of the elephant trails of the Indian state of Orissa.
substrate for mycelium
It easily conquers substrates, but excellent results are achieved on manure, because in the natural environment it grows on litter.
At present, good horse manure is hard to find and cultivation uses barley, straw, wheat, buckwheat and pearl barley. For mycelium, the grain is soaked for 12 hours in water, while hydrogen peroxide or an antibiotic is added, and then boiled for 30-45 minutes. Thanks to this procedure, the substrate is saturated with water, in addition, pathogenic bacteria and any "living creatures" die because of this.
Output of finished products
After creating the necessary conditions, the mycologist will receive 300 g of fruiting bodies with 1 liter of mycelium, and for growing "in reserve" or for commerce, you can master the cultivation technique in the "monotube". Due to it, you can get up to 1 kg from three liters of mycelium.
Good yields allow you to independently produce fungal spore prints.
Fruiting and colonization
Grain colonization takes place at +26-30C. Mycelium grows better in the dark, because the containers are installed in warm dark corners. Temperature fluctuations in the growth of the substrate slow down or stop the process, so most growers use heating mats that maintain a certain temperature.
Reference! For 8-17 days, the mycelium covers the grain. When mycelial foci appear in the containers, when more than half of the substrate is not covered, then you need to carefully shake the containers.
The culture bears fruit at + 22-25 degrees.
Orissa effect
"Psilocybe" are unique. There is a lot of psilocybin in oryssa, it should be used by experienced "psychonauts". To avoid unexpected situations, beginners should start with 1.5-2 g of dried mushrooms.
A portion of 3-4 g smoothly immerses in multi-colored patterns and abstract images that are present in space. After 30 min. the perception of sounds and colors is aggravated, a nauseating reflex appears, which disappears after 10-20 minutes.
After the first use of orissa, a beginner will be sure to be surprised that the boundary between “Everything” and “I” is only in our imagination, it is held only by accepted rules and beliefs. Mushrooms slowly get rid of the veil and tighten into a whirlpool. The wanderer on the trippy path will encounter lessons, faces and voices from the past. By resisting the temptation of the boundless barrel of desires, the psychonaut will be able to touch the eternal truths of himself, the cosmos and nature.
Thanks to the feeling of being in a closed dome of the Universe, a person will be able to understand the cyclicity and movement of energies unnoticed by the eyes, hear sounds and recognize their taste.
For a solo trip, it is better to take a decoction in the evening in nature 1.5-2 hours before sunset.
