Krystalica Fem plants can be grown indoors from seeds or clones. The use of 400-600W HPS/m2 helps to achieve the best results, because high productivity and plant development cannot occur in low light.

When growing hydroponically, impressive results can be expected - especially if you have chosen a mother plant that brings an extra weight when weighing the crop. The long shoots that extend from the bottom two internodes should be cut back if growing hydroponically, or if your plants are growing too crowded.

The rest of the branches are of medium length, but may need some late flowering support if the buds become particularly heavy. As a rule, it is enough to tie the spreading side shoots with a thick cord around the outer perimeter of the plant.

Plants grow well in SOG and can be planted closely in a container. After 4 weeks of vegetative growth at 400W HPS/m2 in quality soil, plants can be expected to reach a height of approximately 70-110 cm. clones can be grown in small containers).

Cola development in Krystalica Fem is slightly different from that of other Sativa cannabis strains - they are typical Sativa fairly dense buds that can show signs of indica-like development. Trichome production can be astonishing, with sun-extending leaves, so it pays to carefully select plants for cloning and maternal lineage.

Outdoor cultivation is recommended in regions with warm summers, or up to 45°N.

Krystalica Fem is a heat tolerant strain and grows well in dry climates or greenhouses. The central cola and side shoots can grow to extraordinary sizes and can be trimmed. Further north, productivity and yield will depend on local weather conditions and daylight hours. Sowing seeds should begin when there is no longer any danger of night frosts.

Sowing can be extended until the end of May if you prefer shorter plants. You can start planting seeds indoors - if the weather is cold, and then move the seedlings / young plants to the open air or to the greenhouse later. The same can be done with cuttings - but make sure the light cycle is suitable outdoors for the timing of the plants. This is done so that flowering does not start too early when transplanted to open ground.

Most strains of Krystalica Fem have good mold resistance, but plants should be harvested if it rains frequently during the last two weeks of flowering.
