APPLICATION

Fans Vents VKMz 315 are recommended for wall installation in offices, pizzerias, office premises, cottages, etc. They are usually installed in supply and exhaust ventilation systems.

DESIGN

The case mainly consists of metal parts, covered with zinc on top, which makes it possible to install the fan outdoors without corrosion. The fan can be mounted on an external wall in any position relative to the fan axis. It is allowed to connect several fans in parallel, which, for convenience, can be combined with a single controller (smooth or stepped), which will allow you to control them together or separately. The body of the regulator is plastic, the minimum speed value is set by a built-in resistor on the device board. The fuse protects the regulator from overloads and can be replaced in case of failure right in the mounting box. The basic connection rules are described in the connection instructions.

ENGINE

The single-phase external rotor motor with upward curved impeller can restart automatically thanks to the built-in thermal protection system. The impeller is dynamically balanced on a special apparatus, which, together with the installation of high-quality bearings, leads to a significant increase in the life of the engine.

PECULIARITIES

Models of this series differ mainly in terms of peak performance (195-1540 m3/h) of power consumption (from 60 to 185 kW). The noise level of the entire series is low, although there are models with additional sound insulation and almost silent operation.
