Inline centrifugal fan VENTS VKMS 150 has a diameter of 150 mm and is designed for corresponding round ducts in ventilation systems. The use of the unit is relevant for supply and exhaust systems. It can be used to ventilate residential, public, industrial and other premises, but at the same time, a high level of contamination with dust, fibers and sticky substances should be excluded.

Hull design

Fans for round ducts have a round housing, made of durable steel and coated with zinc. This coating makes the fan protected from corrosive influences.

Impeller

The impeller is located inside the housing. The shape of the shoulder blades is curved back. The element is mounted on the motor shaft and rotates with it.

Engine

The single-phase asynchronous motor in the design is distinguished by durable and safe operation due to:

· Protection against overheating due to prolonged operation;

· Rolling bearings.

Bearings significantly increase the life of the engine (about 40 thousand hours). The resumption of engine operation after the protection is triggered is performed automatically.

Nutrition

The inline centrifugal fan VENTS VKMS 15 is connected to the power supply network by a cord, which is connected using terminals. The terminals are located in a special box, on the outer part of the housing. The fan kit may also include a cord with a C14 connector (such a fan model is marked “P”).

Mounting

VENTS VKMS 15 duct centrifugal fans can also be installed in ducts located outside the walls of the room (which is facilitated by the strength of the structure). The angle of the axial inclination of the fan can be arbitrary (this does not affect the operation of the device, which is a plus).

The kit includes mounting brackets as standard to secure its chassis to a nearby wall.
