How much CBD is in Happease products?

Our products contain the following amounts of CBD:

Vaping Pen & Cartridges: 85% CBD + other cannabinoids
Oils: 5% to 40% CBD
E-liquids: 1% to 7% CBD
Extracts: 28% to 99.7% CBD

How does Happease extract CBD from hemp?

Our extracts are sourced from Futura 75 (THC free) hemp, which is ethically grown and sourced from legally allowed fields in the EU hemp market. The plants we use are processed using supercritical CO2 extraction to produce a concentrated oil and then distilled for purification.

What is the difference between Happease formulas?

The main difference between the two is their terpene profile which gives them a different taste and basically different effects and sensations.

What are terpenes and why do you use them?

Whatever your favorite fruit or flower, terpenes in their aroma or taste tell your brain exactly what you are feeling or tasting. However, the most important thing to remember about terpenes is that every time terpene molecules come into contact with the lungs, mouth, or skin, they affect how you feel. The different composition of terpenes in a particular plant creates a certain essential oil specific to one plant species such as lavender, cannabis or rose, and each variety has its own terpene profile. There are over 30,000 identifiable terpenes in nature, which are produced not only by plants, but also by animals and bacteria, for example. Terpenes are also subject to the entourage effect: when they are associated with other substances and our own hormones, they stimulate certain neurons in the brain, creating different sensations for each type of terpene. Because terpenes are associated with aroma and taste, adding them to any product enhances and enhances the aroma and flavor of the product. With everything you now know about terpenes, you probably won't be surprised to know that they are commonly used to mimic the taste and/or smell of a particular plant in a wide range of cosmetics, perfumes, and food flavorings.

How does CBD work?

CBD works by binding to cannabinoid receptors in the body's endocannabinoid system. These receptors have been found in virtually every cell and tissue type in the human body (hence the seemingly endless uses for CBD).

Where does CBD come from?

In general, CBD is found in hemp and cannabis. These are two different varieties that come from the same plant species (Cannabis sativa L). However, it is important to note that CBD is usually found in higher concentrations in hemp plants. All of our products are made from EU legal hemp strains.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is the second most important cannabinoid found in cannabis plants such as hemp and cannabis. Unlike the other main cannabinoids THC, CBD is not psychoactive. The effects of CBD include: anxiety at low doses, sedation at high doses, pain reduction, relaxation of muscle spasms, strong anti-inflammatory effect, cessation of nausea/vomiting, reduction of anxiety/depression, counteracting psychotic thoughts, antioxidant, anticonvulsant, neuroprotective, and anticancer effects .

From seeds to harvest

Grow and harvest

We have carefully selected the best seeds from around the world and brought them with us to our Swiss farms. Our master growers care for our little ones in the most respectful way. Picked by hand, our flowers are outstanding.

1st laboratory test

Our cannabis flowers are laboratory tested to ensure the absence of unwanted substances (eg heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins) in our products. The level of cannabinoids and terpenes is also analyzed.

Critical CO2 extraction

Carefully selected for their cannabinoid and terpene content, the active ingredients of the hemp flowers are extracted using a supercritical CO2 process.

2nd laboratory test

Our CO2 extracts are laboratory tested to analyze the cannabinoid and terpene profile.

Step 2:

Purification and separation

Preparing for winter

We use a cooling process for our extracts to remove any additional residues such as fats and waxes.

Fractional distillation

Once the extract is purified, we quickly heat and cool it to separate and isolate the CBD, other cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

After distillation, we run other tests to analyze the various ingredients that were created in the process: CBD distillate, terpenes and flavonoids.

At our GLP Lab, we skillfully combine our hemp terpenes with the highest quality pure plant terpene isolates to give our products the taste, aroma and effects that make Happease products widely known.

Then, using precise and controlled methods in our GLP lab, we blend the terpenes with our distilled extracts to create the best blends. We monitor the observance of proportions, so each batch provides the same quality.

4th laboratory test

Before preparing our final product, we systematically carry out a third test to check for residual solvent contamination and to ensure that our extracts have been properly mixed.

The final

Filling and packaging

The bottling of our oils, vapors and extracts is carried out in our GLP laboratory under the strictest hygienic conditions. We did not wait for the COVID-19 outbreak to apply such standards. Product packaging is carried out by adults with disabilities.

Lab Test + Vappease Test

As soon as any batch is ready and stored in our warehouse, we systematically test our products in third party laboratories to ensure that our Happease products are perfect and ready to use.
