We want to turn to you and draw your attention to the future, according to some facts that were recently discovered quite by accident by our team,
namely, on the network, at the request of our store, we found negative reviews about our store on sites that we do not want to promote, so we will not put a link (we will explain why later).
When the following (see screenshots below) negative reviews were discovered by us, we were mildly shocked as over the past year, there were no complaints or serious jambs on our part, and what was resolved promptly without leaving a negative impression on the client, we fulfill orders with high quality, receive positive feedback from our customers and, of course, as the main rule, we value our reputation very much in order to to allow such

We immediately asked one of our satisfied customers to leave a positive review and gave him a link to this site,
the client wrote to us that he left a review, sending us a copy of his review - the review did not appear right away. had to go through pre-moderation on the review site, we decided that it was worth the wait ...
2 days have passed since our client left a review, but he never appeared, BUT, another negative review appeared on the same site, right a day after our client’s positive review!! .., again, no order number, no argumentation, nothing. .
We had several theories:
We decided to resist. Further, as you can see in the screenshot above, next to each review there is a "reply" button, which we successfully clicked and painted something like the following:
Dear customers of the UATRAVA.com store, do not take the feedback from our competitors, because. you can see for yourself that there are no proofs (evidence) of cheats, only empty words of people who are trying to denigrate our name, we do not say that we have no mistakes, only that if they rarely occur, we correct them, and this is nonsense not supported nothing, and how can you leak data to the police if we ourselves are not passing through this business and we are interested in customers buying our goods again ...
If you have any questions (even those who leave fake reviews) write to us on the site in the chat, by phone on the site, in the feedback form,
give us your order number at least, or write here to prove that you actually bought something from us
in Ukraine we have cash on delivery, so we can’t throw anyone .. a person can see what he buys before picking up)
Think every time you read such nonsense, maybe someone needs it, be prudent

Also, since there is no feedback form on the site, we clicked on the "advertising on the site" icon and it turned out to write to this supposedly "review service", they wrote that we were being slandered, give us the opportunity to at least answer and figure it out, but of course we did not receive an answer, and our answer in the comment, as you may have guessed, no one has published, it is not surprising
That's not all, then we came across a few more sites with fake negative reviews:

Immediately I want to draw your attention to the fact that the screenshots of these sites give an understanding that they are quite simple, similar to one-day sites ..
We also, as in the first case, responded to the review from screenshot 1 on behalf of the store, having previously checked, just in case, all orders for the given period and comparing payments and sent orders ... there was nothing like that, they wrote approximately the following:
This review is not true, nevertheless, we are ready to publicly understand, give your order number, or contact us in any of the available ways, via chat / email / feedback form on the site, if we are to blame (which we highly doubt, but still, we will send you double your order if you make a public apology for the vilification..
We did not respond to the feedback in screenshot 2, because there is no such opportunity ... there are not even comments under the post, and if you read the review in screenshot 2, you will understand that this is a complete lie, because We do not make any bookmarks, we do not need to, we send our legal goods simply by mail!
I think it’s clear that our review (the answer to the review from screenshot 1) was not confirmed ... it did not appear either in a day or 5 ....
With further surfing on the network, we came across the following, other sellers also know for the network of these review sites (we will not call the store where the screenshot was taken authoritative, but the information there seemed to us similar to our story):
After surfing the net a little more, we found a site selling drugs, which specially (we analyzed) called ourselves like us (apparently for SEO or some kind of muddy purposes)
Of course, we will not fight windmills, we have a lot of work to respond to all irritants and slanderers))
This article is not for our regular customers, they do not need to argue this, we already value them, and they rely on us)
This material was collected for our future clients in order to save them from additional doubts that our ill-wishers sow!
